Collateral Assignment of Property Management Agreements definition

Collateral Assignment of Property Management Agreements means a Collateral Assignment of Property Management Agreements, executed by Borrower, and also among the Property Manager and Lender, as may be amended from time to time, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender assigning to Lender as Collateral for the Obligations each Property Management Agreement entered into by Borrower from time to time from and after the date hereof.
