Collateral Custodian Fees definition

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees due to the Collateral Custodian pursuant to the Collateral Agent and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth in the Backup Servicer, Account Bank, Collateral Custodian and Collateral Administrator Fee Letter that are payable to the Collateral Custodian, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth in the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.

• The Collateral Custodian will not make any changes to the Collateral Custodian Fees or amend, restate, supplement or otherwise modify the Collateral Custodian Fee Letter without the prior written approval of the Lenders and the Borrower.

• The Collateral Custodian’s entitlement to receive the Collateral Custodian Fees shall cease on the earlier to occur of (i) its removal as Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 9.05, (ii) its resignation as Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 9.07 of this Agreement or (iii) the termination of this Agreement; provided that the Collateral Custodian shall be entitled to any Fees accrued and payable up to such date to the extent not previously paid.

More Definitions of Collateral Custodian Fees

Collateral Custodian Fees means the custodial fees set forth in the Trustee and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth on Schedule XI, between the Collateral Custodian and the Borrower, that are payable to the Collateral Custodian hereunder.

Collateral Custodian Fees means the fees set forth in the WFBNA Fee Letter, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time.
