Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter definition

Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Custodian, the Account Bank, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as such letter may be amended, modified, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.
