Collateral Default Amount definition

Collateral Default Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the product of the Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date and the Collateral Floating Percentage.
Collateral Default Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Aggregate Investor Default Amount for the related Monthly Period and (b) the Collateral Floating Allocation applicable for the related Monthly Period.
Collateral Default Amount means, with respect to each Transfer Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Aggregate Investor Default Amount for the related Monthly Period and (b) the Collateral Floating Allocation applicable for the related Monthly Period.
