Collateral Reallocation Instruction definition

Collateral Reallocation Instruction means an instruction provided by the Calculation Agent to the Custodian in connection with any rebalancing or reallocation of Collateral contemplated in Section 2.14 and substantially in the form of Exhibit K, or such other form as shall be approved by the Calculation Agent, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Each Applicable Lender will, as soon as reasonably practicable following receipt of a copy of a Collateral Reallocation Instruction from the Calculation Agent, as soon as reasonably practicable, instruct the relevant Custodian to effect any rebalancing described in the relevant Collateral Reallocation Instruction to ensure that the Collateral is held on a Pro Rata Basis.
