COLLEGE COURSES definition

COLLEGE COURSES. The Board shall reimburse each employee the entire amount of $475.00 per contract year for the purpose of assisting the employee in the payment of tuition, fees, etc. for taking additional college level courses. To be eligible for reimbursement the employee shall submit evidence of payment of tuition, fees, etc. Any reimbursement received for college courses must be subtracted from the $475.00 allowable for attendance at professional conferences and workshops.

  • training course means a course of training or instruction provided wholly or partly by or on behalf of or in pursuance of arrangements made with, or approved by or on behalf of, Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, a government department or the Secretary of State.

  • College means, as the case may be, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the College of Midwives of Ontario and/or the College of Nurses of Ontario;

  • College official means any person employed by the college or District, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities pursuant to this Student Conduct Code.   • Juvenile court means the district court of this state.
