College official definition

College official means any person employed by the college or District, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities pursuant to this Student Conduct Code. The college president shall designate the college or center official to be responsible for the administration of the Student Conduct Code.
College official and “SUNY Poly official” shall mean any person employed by SUNY Poly, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities. This term also includes resident advisors while acting within the scope of their duties.
College official means any person employed by the college performing assigned teaching, administrative or professional responsibilities.
