Collisions Convention definition

Collisions Convention means the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972, together with the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972, constituted by the Rules, and other Annexures attached to that Convention, as corrected by Process-Verbal of Rectification dated 1 December 1973, and as amended, unless that amendment has been objected to by Samoa;
Collisions Convention means the Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, as modified by its protocols, and as amended from time to time.
Collisions Convention means the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972, as affected by any amendment, other than an amendment objected to, or not accepted, by the Republic, made under article 6 of that Convention;
