Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document.  Existing Material means Material developed independently of this Agreement that is incorporated in or supplied as part of Reporting Material or Activity Material.  Grant means the money, or any part of it, payable by the Commonwealth to the Grantee for the Activity as specified in the Grant Details [and includes any interest earned by the Grantee on that money once the Grant has been paid to the Grantee].  Grantee means the legal entity other than the Commonwealth specified in the Agreement and includes, where relevant, its officers, employees, contractors and agents.  Grant Details means the document titled Grant Details that forms part of this Agreement.

Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document. • Commonwealth Purposes includes the following: o the Commonwealth verifying and assessing grant proposals, including a grant application; o the Commonwealth administering, monitoring, reporting on, auditing, publicising and evaluating a grant program or exercising its rights under this Agreement; o the Commonwealth preparing, managing, reporting on, auditing and evaluating agreements, including this Agreement; and o the Commonwealth developing and publishing policies, programs, guidelines and reports, including Commonwealth annual reports; but in all cases: o excludes the commercialisation (being for-profit use) of the Material by the Commonwealth.

Related to Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions

  • Texas Grant Management Standards or “TxGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the renewable energy program and policies codified in California Public Utilities Code Sections 399.11 through 399.31 and California Public Resources Code Sections 25740 through 25751, as such provisions may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.
