Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document.  Existing Material means Material developed independently of this Agreement that is incorporated in or supplied as part of Reporting Material or Activity Material.  Grant means the money, or any part of it, payable by the Commonwealth to the Grantee for the Activity as specified in the Grant Details [and includes any interest earned by the Grantee on that money once the Grant has been paid to the Grantee].  Grantee means the legal entity other than the Commonwealth specified in the Agreement and includes, where relevant, its officers, employees, contractors and agents.  Grant Details means the document titled Grant Details that forms part of this Agreement.
Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document. • Commonwealth Purposes includes the following: o the Commonwealth verifying and assessing grant proposals, including a grant application; o the Commonwealth administering, monitoring, reporting on, auditing, publicising and evaluating a grant program or exercising its rights under this Agreement; o the Commonwealth preparing, managing, reporting on, auditing and evaluating agreements, including this Agreement; o the Commonwealth developing and publishing policies, programs, guidelines and reports, including Commonwealth annual reports; • but in all cases: o excludes the commercialisation (being for-profit use) of the Material by the Commonwealth.

  • Texas Grant Management Standards or “TxGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • State Standard Agreement means the form used by the State to enter into agreements with other parties.
