The definition of Colorado River Water in this Agreement and the Act shall only be used for purposes of interpreting this Agreement and the Act and shall not be used for any interpretation of any other provision of applicable federal law including for example, the Colorado River Compact, the Boulder Canyon Project Act of 1928, 43 U.S.C. § 617d, the Colorado River Basin Project Act, 43 U.S.C. § 1501, or any contacts or agreements entered into pursuant thereto.
