Column of vehicles definition

Column of vehicles means three or more vehicles which have stopped or are moving one behind the other in the same traffic lane and in the same direction, with the distance between the vehicles, the speed of the movement of vehicles and the behaviour of drivers are interdependent and between which another vehicle can not enter, without interruption;
