Combined Lease Payments definition

Combined Lease Payments. For any period, the sum of the payment obligations of all Combined Lessees under all leases for real property, including, without limitation, this Lease, the 2013 Master Lease and any intra‑company leases for real property; provided, however, that payment obligations with respect to any Facility Lessee (other than a Facility Lessee that operates an Existing ACH Facility) will not be included until the first calendar month after such Facility has been open for business for six (6) months.
Combined Lease Payments. The combined payments of Base Rent of the Desert Valley Tenants required pursuant to this Lease and any other leases between the Desert Valley Tenants and Lessor or any of Lessor's Affiliates.
Combined Lease Payments. The payments of Base Rent required pursuant to this Lease and the payments of Coverage Rent pursuant to and as defined under the Other Leases.

  • Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.

An industry is considered to be a single, corporate entity or operating subdivision. An industry which closes or substantially reduces its operation in one area of the state of Iowa and relocates substantially the same operation in another area of the state is not eligible for a project. This definition does not prohibit a business from expanding its operations in another area of the state provided that existing operations of a similar nature are not

  • Percentage Rent As defined in Subsection 3.1(b).

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Consolidated Depreciation and Amortization Charges means, for any period, the aggregate of all depreciation and amortization charges for fixed assets, leasehold improvements and general intangibles (specifically including goodwill) of Borrower for such period, as determined on a Consolidated basis and in accordance with GAAP.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Operating Lease Obligations means all obligations for the payment of rent for any real or personal property under leases or agreements to lease, other than Capitalized Lease Obligations.

  • Rent Expense means, for any Person for any period of determination, such Person’s operating lease expense computed in accordance with GAAP, including, without limitation, all contingent rentals, but excluding all common area maintenance expenses.

  • Tax Expense means, for any period, the tax expense (including federal, state, provincial, local, foreign, franchise, excise and foreign withholding taxes) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, including any penalties and interest relating to any tax examinations for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
