Combined proceeding definition

Combined proceeding means a proceeding to consider all aspects of a combined application.
Combined proceeding means, collectively, Insolvency or Receivership Proceedings involving, collectively, (a) one or more AG Entities, and (b) one or more SP Sub Entities, which proceedings are combined or consolidated for the purposes of proposing, confirming, or carrying out a plan of reorganization or the equivalent, or otherwise administer or distribute, pursuant to one plan or the equivalent, Collateral securing the DK Loan Obligations, the Anglo American Loan Obligations and the Secured Agreement Obligations, whether or not such proceedings are formally "substantively consolidated" for all purposes.

  • dispute resolution proceeding ’ means any process in which an alternative means of dispute resolution is used to resolve an issue in controversy in which a neutral is appointed and specified parties participate;

  • Agreed Process means any process agreed between the parties in respect of a Dispute other than the Dispute Resolution Procedure, as may be amended between the parties.

The term includes a proceeding for divorce, separation, neglect, abuse, dependency, guardianship, paternity, termination of parental rights, and protection from domestic violence in which the issue may appear. The term does not include a proceeding involving juvenile delinquency, contractual emancipation, or enforcement under Part 3 of this Article.
