Coming Soon Status definition

Coming Soon Status means an MLS status available for use with premises in all property types, prior to the premises being officially listed on the MLS for sale or lease. See Section 8.25 for rules associated with this status.

Examples of Coming Soon Status in a sentence

  • A Listing Agreement and Pre- Marketing Addendum ratified by the property owner is required for all Listings entered under Coming Soon Status.

  • Coming Soon Status PenaltiesIf a Coming Soon Status listing is shown prior to going Active in the MLS, the Agent and Broker will be assessed the following penalties: 1st offense $500 fine to the List Agent and $500 fine to the Broker 2nd offense $1000 fine to the List Agent and $1000 fine to the Broker3rd offense Appear before the MLS Committee for review.

  • A listing may utilize the "Coming Soon Status" for a limited period of time, not to exceed twenty-one (21) days.

  • If the Listing is left in Coming Soon Status for the full 30 days, it will automatically be placed into active status on the 31st day.

  • A Premises may only be in a Coming Soon Status for 30 of every 45 calendar days.

  • This rule does not apply to properties in the Coming Soon Status.

  • Section 8.24 Photo Requirements shall not apply to Listings while in a Coming Soon Status.

  • A property address may only be allowed in the Coming Soon Status one time with the same owner unless the property has been off-market (expired or cancelled) at least 60 calendar days.

  • Listings that are FWA in any property type may be initially entered into the MLS with a Coming Soon Status.

  • Listings entered into the MLS with Coming Soon Status shall automatically transition to Active status on the “On Market Date” (OMD).

  • Inactive status means the status of a practitioner licensed or registered pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 153 who is not currently engaged in the practice of dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting in the state of Iowa and who has paid the required renewal fee but who has not met the requirements for continuing education.
