Examples of Commencement of commercial operations in a sentence
Beginning April 1, 2007, and each year thereafter until the Commencement of Commercial Operations, the Mainline Entity shall submit an amended Qualified Project Plan to the State.
Commencement of Commercial Operations must occur within one-hundred eighty (180) days after the Commencement Date.
If the NPRA Transmission Line is sanctioned after the Commencement of Commercial Operations, the State shall have an option to own an interest, directly or indirectly through a State-owned entity.
The term of this Contract commences on the Effective Date and, except as provided under Articles 14, 17, and 19, remains in full force for thirty-five (35) years from the Commencement of Commercial Operations (“Term”).
