Commercial Audio Works means Commercial Entertainment Content in the form of audio content, including but not limited to sound recordings, as defined in 17 U.S.C. § 101. For avoidance of doubt, (a) audio content received by a Commercially-Adopted Audio Access Control Method shall necessarily be considered to be “Commercial Audio Works” and (b) “Commercial Audio Works” do not include audio portions of Commercial Audiovisual Content.
