Commercial Bin definition

Commercial Bin means a container provided for the storage of commercial waste or recyclable material and may be constructed to be mechanically emptied into a collection vehicle, with a volume capacity of more than three hundred and sixty five (365) liters.
Commercial Bin means any container provided for the collection and storage of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Construction Waste, Residential Waste or Residential Recyclable Material, but does not include a Collection Cart or Excess Waste Bag;
