Commercial cannabis uses means any commercial cannabis activity licensed pursuant to the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (“MAUCRSA”), including but not limited to, cultivation, possession, distribution, laboratory testing, labeling, retail, delivery, sale or manufacturing of cannabis or cannabis products.
