State Laws. The Contract complies with the laws of the state in which it is delivered. Any surrender, death, or Annuity payments are equal to or greater than the minimum required by such laws. State Laws has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 7.15(f) hereof. “Stored Materials” has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 5.25(a) hereof.
