Commercial driver s license" means:
Simulated Depletion means, with respect to an oil and gas property (as defined in Section 614 of the Code), a depletion allowance computed in accordance with federal income tax principles (as if the Simulated Basis of the property was its adjusted tax basis) and in the manner specified in Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(k)(2). For purposes of computing Simulated Depletion with respect to any property, the Simulated Basis of such property shall be deemed to be the Carrying Value of such property, and in no event shall such allowance for Simulated Depletion, in the aggregate, exceed such Simulated Basis.
Credit Support Depletion Date The first Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates have been reduced to zero.
Commercial Discovery means any Discovery, which has been declared to be commercial by the Contractor;
Residual disinfectant concentration (“C” in CT cal- culations) means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/l in a representative sample of water.
Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.
Senior Credit Support Depletion Date The date on which the Class Certificate Balance of each Class of Subordinated Certificates has been reduced to zero.
Subordination Depletion Date The Distribution Date preceding the first Distribution Date on which the Class A Percentage (determined pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) equals or exceeds 100%.
Single coat means one film coating applied to a metal surface.
Simulated Loss means the excess of the Carrying Value of an oil or gas property over the amount realized from the sale or other disposition of such property.
Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.
Production, Use or Storage of Nuclear Material means the production, manufacture, enrichment, conditioning, processing, reprocessing, use, storage, handling and disposal of Nuclear Material.
Book Depreciation means, with respect to any Company asset for each Fiscal Year, the Company’s depreciation, amortization, or other cost recovery deductions determined for federal income tax purposes, except that if the Book Value of an asset differs from its adjusted tax basis at the beginning of such Fiscal Year, Book Depreciation shall be an amount which bears the same ratio to such beginning Book Value as the federal income tax depreciation, amortization, or other cost recovery deduction for such Fiscal Year bears to such beginning adjusted tax basis; provided, that if the adjusted basis for federal income tax purposes of an asset at the beginning of such Fiscal Year is zero and the Book Value of the asset is positive, Book Depreciation shall be determined with reference to such beginning Book Value using any permitted method selected by the Board in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(g)(3).
Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:
Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:
Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or
COGS means the cost of goods sold as determined in accordance with U.S.GAAP;
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Developed exclusively at private expense means development was accomplished entirely with costs charged to indirect cost pools, costs not allocated to a government contract, or any combination thereof.
Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.
gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.
Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;
Electrical Losses means all applicable losses, including the following: (a) any transmission or transformation losses between the CAISO revenue meter(s) and the Delivery Point; and (b) the Distribution Loss Factor, if applicable.
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
