Commercial Hardware definition

Commercial Hardware means Hardware developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

Commercial Hardware means the hardware portion of an Commercial System, as the same may be designed or developed pursuant to the efforts of BTL, as contemplated by this Agreement for use primarily in the Commercial Market, which incorporates the DSS Equipment (or a variation thereof, as permitted by HNS) and which will meet the specifications set forth in Exhibit "A", as the same may hereafter be modified or revised by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • When acquiring Commercial Hardware or Commercial Software, the State shall rely on Contractor’s existing quality assurance system as a substitute for State inspection and testing.
