Commercial Property Owner definition

Commercial Property Owner means the person in whose name commercial property is assessed under the Assessment Act, R.S., c. 23, s. 1 where that property is located within a Business Improvement District or proposed Business Improvement District; and
Commercial Property Owner means the owner who rents or leases a site-built commercial space for retail or office use within the Project Limits and having its primary means of public access off Texas Avenue.
