Commercial Reseller definition

Commercial Reseller means any person (i) who is engaged in the business of making available for sale event admission tickets that were originally made available for sale by a Primary Seller, and/or (ii) who purchases Tickets hereunder with the intention of selling a substantial portion of Tickets to one or more third parties for a price greater than the price that was paid for those Tickets;
Commercial Reseller means any person (i) who is engaged in the business of making available for sale parking passes, tickets or access rights that were originally made available for sale by a Primary Seller, and/or (ii) who purchases Parking Passes hereunder with the intention of selling a substantial portion of the Parking Passes to one or more third parties for a price greater than the price that was paid for those Parking Passes;
