Commissioner of Oaths definition

Commissioner of Oaths means a "Commissioner of Oaths" in terms of the Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of Oaths Act, 1963 (Act No. 16 of 1963);
Commissioner of Oaths means any person who is a commissioner of oaths under the Commissioner of Oaths Act;
Commissioner of Oaths means a person appointed as a commissioner of oaths under the provisions of the Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of Oaths Act or a person who is considered to be a commissioner of oaths for the purposes of this Act in terms of section 3(5);
