Committed Extensions of Credit definition

Committed Extensions of Credit as to any Bank at any time, the amount equal to the sum of the Dollar Equivalent of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Committed Rate Loans held by such Bank then outstanding and (b) such Bank’s Commitment Percentage multiplied by the L/C Obligations then outstanding.

Examples of Committed Extensions of Credit in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if any Lender continues to have any Outstanding Committed Extensions of Credit after its Commitment terminates, then such facility fee shall continue to accrue on the daily amount of such Lender's Outstanding Committed Extensions of Credit from and including the date on which its Commitment terminates to but excluding the date on which such Lender ceases to have any Outstanding Committed Extensions of Credit.

  • Total Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Extensions of Credit of the Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Extensions of Credit means, as to any Lender at any time, (a) an amount equal to the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, (ii) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding, (iii) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the Swingline Loans then outstanding and (iv) the aggregate principal amount of the Term Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, or (b) the making of any Loan or participation in any Letter of Credit by such Lender, as the context requires.

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Extension of Credit means, as to any Lender, the making of a Loan by such Lender (or a participation therein by a Lender) or the issuance of, or participation in, a Letter of Credit by such Lender.

  • Existing Letters of Credit means each of the letters of credit issued under the Existing Credit Agreement outstanding on the Closing Date that are described on Schedule 1.01(b).

  • Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • Letters of Credit as defined in Section 3.1(a).

  • Letter of Credit Commitment means, with respect to the Issuer, the Issuer's obligation to issue Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.1.3 and, with respect to each of the other Lenders that has a Revolving Loan Commitment, the obligation of each such Lender to participate in such Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.6.1.
