Committed Loan Note definition

Committed Loan Note means a promissory note made by the Borrowers in favor of a Lender evidencing Committed Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1.
Committed Loan Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.02.
Committed Loan Note shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.6(a).

  • Upon the request of any Lender made through the Administrative Agent, such Lender's Loans may be evidenced by a Committed Loan Note and/or a Swing Line Note, as applicable, in addition to such accounts or records.

More Definitions of Committed Loan Note

Committed Loan Note means a promissory note made by Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Committed Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C (collectively, the "Committed Loan Notes").
Committed Loan Note means the promissory note made by any Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing such Lender’s Committed Loans, in the case of Dollar Loans, substantially in the form of Exhibit C and, in the case of Foreign Currency Loans, in such form as the Administrative Agent may require in light of commercial banking practices in the jurisdiction of the applicable Foreign Borrower, if any, either as originally executed or as the same may from time to time be supplemented, modified, amended, renewed, extended or supplanted (collectively, the “Committed Loan Notes”).
Committed Loan Note means a promissory note made by Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Committed Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT C (collectively, the "COMMITTED LOAN NOTES").
Committed Loan Note means (a) the Second Amended and Restated Master Note, dated as of the Closing Date and (b) any other promissory note made by the Borrowers in favor of a Lender evidencing Committed Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Committed Loan Note means a promissory note executed by the Company in favor of a Bank pursuant to subsection 2.2(b), in substantially the form of EXHIBIT H.
