Swingline Loan Notice definition

Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Borrowing of Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.04 or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.05(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit D.

• Each such telephonic notice must be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or facsimile (or transmitted by electronic communication, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Swingline Lender and the Administrative Agent) of a written Swingline Loan Notice to the Swingline Lender and the Administrative Agent, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
