magistrate means a magistrate as defined in section 1 of the Magistrates Act, 2003 (Act No. 3 of 2003), and who, upon the date of his or her retirement, had served as a magistrate for a period of not less than 20 years; and
Magistrates Courts Act, 1944’’ means the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1944 (Act No. 32 of 1944);
Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:
High Court means the High Court of Ireland;
Druggist means any person who holds a valid certificate and
Court means the Supreme Court of British Columbia;
civil partner in relation to a person, means a civil partner within the meaning of the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010, but does not include a civil partner who is living separately and apart from the person;
Plaintiffs’ Counsel means Lead Counsel and all other legal counsel who, at the direction and under the supervision of Lead Counsel, performed services on behalf of the Settlement Class in the Action.
Lead Plaintiff means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
Provisional registration means a building official, plan reviewer, or inspector who is registered subject to his or her completion of the amount of training, education, and experience required by the commission and the appropriate advisory board and described in section 1007(2).
