Commodity Risk Management Plan definition

Commodity Risk Management Plan means risk management plans prepared by Borrower (or an Affiliate thereof) setting forth the terms and conditions relating to any Commodity Hedging Arrangements from time to time proposed to be entered into by Borrower, including any updates made to such risk management plans.
Commodity Risk Management Plan means the risk management plan prepared by the Borrower and approved by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 7.01
