The Servicer shall only take direction from the Master Servicer (if direction by the Master Servicer is required under this Agreement) unless otherwise directed by this Agreement or the Credit Risk Management Agreement.
Further, the Master Servicer shall not be liable for performance by any Servicer under any Credit Risk Management Agreement.
In particular, the Master Servicer shall not be liable for any course of action taken by the Servicers with respect to loss mitigation of defaulted Mortgage Loans at the direction of the Credit Risk Manager or the Seller pursuant to any Credit Risk Management Agreement.

The Credit Risk Manager and any director, officer, employee or agent of the Credit Risk Manager may rely in good faith on any document of any kind prima facie properly executed and submitted by any Person respecting any matters arising hereunder, and may rely in good faith upon the accuracy of information furnished by the Servicer pursuant to the Credit Risk Management Agreement in the performance of its duties thereunder and hereunder.
