Public facilities means amenities that are—
Common Facilities means the electrical, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and drainage equipment, any music and public address systems, installations and any enclosures constructed therefor, fountains, service rooms, customer and service stairways, escalators, signs, lamps, standards, public washroom facilities and all other facilities which are provided and designated (and which designation may be changed from time to time) by the Landlord for the common or joint use and benefit of the occupants of the Development.
New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:
Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;
Public facility means 1 or more of the following:
Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
Transmission Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement.
Distribution facilities means those facilities by and through which electricity is received from a transmission services provider and distributed to the customer and that are controlled or operated by a distribution services provider.
Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
