Common EV Facilities definition

Common EV Facilities means all such facilities installed or to be installed within the Residential Car Park Common Areas for the common use and benefit of the Owners of the EV Parking Spaces for the purpose of or in relation to the charging of electric motor vehicles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Chapter 374 of the Laws of Hong Kong) parking at any of the EV Parking Spaces; such facilities shall not serve any of the EV Parking Spaces exclusively or belong to any of the Owners of the EV Parking Spaces and shall include but not limited to such wires, cables, ducts, trunking, equipment, apparatus and such other electrical or other installations or otherwise for or in relation to such purpose;

Common EV Facilities. All such facilities installed or to be installed within the Car Park Common Areas for the common use and benefit of the Car Parks, the Visitors’ Car Parks and the loading and unloading spaces for the purpose of or in relation to the charging of electric motor vehicles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap.374) parking at any of the Car Parks, the Visitors’ Car Parks and the loading and unloading spaces; such facilities shall not serve any of the Car Parks, the Visitors’ Car Parks and the loading and unloading spaces exclusively or belong to any of the Owner of the Car Parks and shall include but not limited to such apparatus, cables, ducts, equipment, trunking, wires and such other electrical or other installations or otherwise for or in relation to such purpose.   • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • New Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
