Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;
Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;
Commonwealth Entity means any government body which is subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Xxx 0000 (Cth).

AT&T SOUTH CAROLINA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in South Carolina.
the Commonwealth Act means the legislation of the Commonwealth Parliament by which this agreement is authorized to be executed by or on behalf of the Commonwealth;
Licensed health care practitioner means a physician, as defined in Section 1861(r)(1) of the Social Security Act, a registered professional nurse, licensed social worker or other individual who meets requirements prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.
State purchased health care or "health care" means medical
Home Health Care means the continual care and treatment of an individual if:
Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;
Federal Health Care Program means any “federal health care program” as defined in 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(f), including Medicare, state Medicaid programs, state CHIP programs, the Veterans Administration, TRICARE and similar or successor programs with or for the benefit of any Governmental Authority, and in each case any third party payor administering such programs.
Health care plan means any contract, policy or other arrangement for benefits or services for medical or dental care or treatment under:
Health practitioner means a registered health practitioner registered or licensed as a health practitioner under an appropriate law of the State of Tasmania.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
AT&T KENTUCKY means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kentucky.
Health Department means the department of environmental quality, a city health department, a county health department, or a district health department, whichever has jurisdiction.
State health plan means the employee and retiree insurance program provided for in Article 5, Chapter 11, Title 1.
AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.
Health carrier or "carrier" means a disability insurer
Local health department means the same as that term is defined in Section 26A-1-102.
Health care means any of the following intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of a human ailment or impairment:

Health care corporation means a health care corporation incorporated under the nonprofit health care corporation reform act, 1980 PA 350, MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704.
