Amendments to this Agreement This Agreement can only be amended or varied in writing signed by all parties except if there is a change in a Commonwealth, State or Territory law, in which case Paris Creek may vary this Agreement: (a) to the extent necessary to comply with the changed law; but (b) without reducing a minimum price under this Agreement.
