Communicable disease means an illness caused by an infectious agent or its toxins that occurs through the direct or indirect transmission of the infectious agent or its products from an infected individual or via an animal, vector or the inanimate environment to a susceptible animal or human host.

COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.
Wild animal means any mammal, bird, fish, or other creature of a wild nature endowed with sensation and the power of voluntary motion.
haemophilia means an inheritable disease, usually affecting only male but transmitted by women to their male children, characterised by loss or impairment of the normal clotting ability of blood so that a minor would may result in fatal bleeding;
Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.
Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.
Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.
Interceptor means a device designed and installed so as to separate and retain deleterious, hazardous, or undesirable matter from normal wastes, while allowing normal sewage or wastes to discharge into the drainage system by gravity.
Infectious Disease means an illness that is capable of being spread from one individual to another.

Chemical dependency means the physiological and psychological addiction to a controlled drug or substance, or to alcohol. Dependence upon tobacco, nicotine, caffeine or eating disorders are not included in this definition.
