Community Event definition

Community Event means an event hosted by a collaborative workspace and accessible to start-up tenant or member businesses, without charge or with nominal charge, organized to support an innovation ecosystem, as defined in section 21 of P.L.2020, c.156 (C.34:1B-289), at the collaborative workspace, including, but not limited to, events such as meet-ups, speaker series, and office hours for lawyers, accountants, consultants, or investors.
Community Event means any of the following:
Community Event means an event which is open to the public and which is approved by the City Administrator to use city street and sidewalk areas or held on private or public property with the consent of the owner or entity. A community event must be determined by the City Administrator to provide an overall community benefit, and must be sponsored by a service group or other organization, not an individual business.

Examples of Community Event in a sentence

  • Within three (3) days after a Community Event on the Lot 2 Events Plaza, the Town or SkiCo, as applicable, shall, at its expense, repair any damage caused to the Lot 2 Events Plaza, including any damage caused by temporary improvements, to the reasonable satisfaction of Master Association.

  • It shall be the responsibility of the LFA to obtain, or cause to be obtained, all required permits, provided, however, that this Second Addendum shall constitute a Community Event Permit.

  • The Town or SkiCo, as applicable, shall promptly, but in an event not later than forty-five (45) days after the filing thereof, remove of record any liens filed by any contractor, subcontractor, or materialman in connection with a Community Event of the Town or SkiCo under this Agreement.

  • The Master Association may charge for use of the Lot 2 Events Plaza for any Community Event or third party event.

  • In the event that a Community Event proposed by the Town or SkiCo conflicts with Master Association’s use of the Lot 2 Events Plaza, then Master Association shall give written notice of denial to the Town or SkiCo, as applicable, within five (5) business days of receipt of the notice to the Master Association.


More Definitions of Community Event

Community Event means an event that is of civic, political, public, or educational nature, including state and county fairs, city festivals, circuses, and other public gathering events approved by the local enforcement agency.
Community Event means an event for the benefit of the residents of Cultus Lake Park and/or the local community. Examples include, but are not limited to community garage sales, art shows, and Cultus Lake Community School and Cultus Lake Memorial Church events held on Park property.

Community Event means an event, activity, or function located in Arizona and sponsored by the City of Phoenix, a non-profit organization, a professional association, a business association, a charitable organization, a cultural/arts organization, or a community organization.
