Accordingly, in order to mitigate the financial impact on the Town and use of Town resources, the Company agrees to pay an Annual Community Impact Fee to the Town, in the amount and under the terms provided herein.
The Independent Financial Auditor shall review the Company’s financial records for purposes of determining that the Community Impact Fee are in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
