Community Service Commission or “Commission” means the Michigan Community Service Commission created under 1994 PA 219, MCL 408.221 to 408.232, which was subsequently transferred to the Department of Career Development by Executive Order 1999-1, as amended, MCL 408.40, and then transferred to the Department of Labor and Economic Growth by Executive Order 2003-18, MCL 445.2011.
