Community water supply definition

Community water supply means a community water supply as defined in part 54 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.5401 to 324.5418.
Community water supply means a public water supply which serves or is intended to serve at least 15 service connections used by residents or regularly serves at least 25 residents [415 ILCS 5/3.145].
Community water supply means any public water supply which serves at least fifteen (15) service connections used by year-round residents or which regularly serves at least twenty-five (25) year-round residents.
