Company Allocation definition

Company Allocation means an amount added to a Participant's Deferred Compensation Account by the Company pursuant to Section 3.05.
Company Allocation means at any time 100% minus the Loan Proceeds Allocation.

More Definitions of Company Allocation

Company Allocation means, with respect to a particular Permitted Refinancing:
Company Allocation means an amount allocated to the Participant’s Account in accordance with Section 3.1.
