If litigation shall be brought to enforce or interpret any provision contained herein, Company, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Company' Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, hereby indemnifies Independent Contractor for Independent Contractor's reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements incurred in such litigation.
