Company Debentures definition

Company Debentures means the outstanding debentures issued under the trust indenture dated November 23, 2018 between the Company and TSX Trust Company, as listed in Section 3.01(k) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Company Debentures means the outstanding convertible debentures of the Company, as amended, convertible into Purchaser Shares in accordance with their terms.
Company Debentures means the 12-1/2% Debentures due 2005, the 7-3/4% Debentures due 2012, the 8-3/4% Debentures due 2022 and the 7.95% Debentures due 2023 of the Company.
