Company Equity Rights definition

Company Equity Rights means the Company’s share capital or any other equity interest as stipulated under Chinese Law.
Company Equity Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(b).

More Definitions of Company Equity Rights

Company Equity Rights means all subscriptions, options, calls, warrants or any other rights to acquire any Interests or other equity interests of the Company or that may become convertible into or exchangeable for any Interests or other equity interests of the Company.
Company Equity Rights means any subscriptions, options, calls, warrants, restricted stock units or any other rights or Contracts of any character, whether or not currently exercisable, to acquire any Company Capital Stock or any voting, equity, or other ownership interest in the Company or that are or may become convertible into or exchangeable for any Company Capital Stock or any voting, equity or other ownership interest in the Company, or such other interests or another Company Equity Right.
Company Equity Rights means any options, warrants, rights of conversion or agreements, arrangements or commitments (whether or not in writing) obligating the Company (with or without consideration and whether or not presently exercisable or convertible) to issue or sell shares of its capital stock. Except as set forth in Section 4.3 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, there are no voting trusts, stockholders agreements, proxies or other similar agreements in effect with respect to the voting or transfer of the Common Stock. There is no liability for dividends declared or accumulated but unpaid with respect to any of the shares of Common Stock.
Company Equity Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e).
