Company Government Subcontract definition

Company Government Subcontract means any Contract between the Company, on the one hand, and any prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor, on the other hand, relating to a Contract between such Person and any Governmental Entity, and each outstanding Bid that if accepted or awarded could lead to a Contract between the Company, on the one hand, and a prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor, on the other hand, relating to a Contract between such Person and any Governmental Entity.
Company Government Subcontract has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(a).
Company Government Subcontract has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(a)(x).

  • Government Subcontract means each contract between the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries and any prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor relating to a contract between such Person and any governmental entity, and each Bid with respect to Government Subcontracts.
