Company Inspectors has the meaning specified in Section 7.1.

  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, if an Event of Default with respect to the Operator has occurred and is continuing, the Company Inspectors shall have unlimited and unrestricted access to the accounting records and other documents maintained by the Operator with respect to the Terminal, for so long as such Event of Default continues.
