Company Knowledge Group definition

Company Knowledge Group means Mxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Bxxx Xxxxx, Txx Xxxxxxx and Jxxx Xxxxxxxxx.
Company Knowledge Group has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Knowledge.”
Company Knowledge Group means each of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, M.D., Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx; provided that the inclusion of Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall not require disclosure that would operate to waive any legal privilege afforded to information known to (or work product of or held by) Xxxxx Xxxxxx in her role as general counsel.
