Company Optional Redemption Price definition

Company Optional Redemption Price means, with respect to any Debt Amount to be redeemed in a Company Optional Redemption, 145% of the applicable Exchange Amount with respect to such Debt Amount (assuming, for such purpose that the entire Debt Amount being redeemed is being exchanged hereunder).
Company Optional Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 7.1.

More Definitions of Company Optional Redemption Price

Company Optional Redemption Price means the sum of (i)(x) during the period after to the thirty-six (36) month anniversary of the Issuance Date but prior to the sixty (60) month anniversary of the Issuance Date, inclusive, 103% of the Conversion Amount being redeemed and (y) thereafter, 100% of the Conversion Amount being redeemed and (ii) accrued and unpaid Interest, if any, with respect to the amount set forth in clause (i), and (iii) accrued and unpaid Late Charges, if any, with respect to the amounts set forth in clauses (i) and (ii).
Company Optional Redemption Price means (i) with respect to any Company Optional Redemption Date on or prior to the 120th day immediately following the Issuance Date, an amount equal to 110% of the Conversion Amount (including any applicable Make-Whole Amount) being redeemed on such Company Optional Redemption Date pursuant to Section 9(a), (ii) with respect to any Company Optional Redemption Date on or after the 121st day immediately following the Issuance Date and on or prior to the 180th day immediately following the Issuance Date, an amount equal to 115% of the Conversion Amount (including any applicable Make-Whole Amount) being redeemed on such Company Optional Redemption Date pursuant to Section 9(a), and (iii) with respect to any Company Optional Redemption Date on or after the 181st day immediately following the Issuance Date, an amount equal to 130% of the Conversion Amount (including any applicable Make-Whole Amount) being redeemed on such Company Optional Redemption Date pursuant to Section 9(a).

Related to Company Optional Redemption Price

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
