Non-Party Affiliates definition
Non-Party Affiliates means each former, current or future officer, director, employee, partner, member, manager, direct or indirect equityholder or affiliate of SPAC, the Issuer, the Company, any of SPAC’s, the Issuer’s the Company’s or any family member of the foregoing.
Non-Party Affiliates has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15.
