Non-Party Affiliates definition

Non-Party Affiliates has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15.

Non-Party Affiliates means each former, current or future officer, director, employee, partner, member, manager, direct or indirect equityholder or affiliate of SPAC, the Issuer, the Company, any of SPAC’s, the Issuer’s the Company’s or any family member of the foregoing.

• Each of the Non-Party Affiliates shall be an express third-party beneficiary of Section 8.13 and this Section 8.9 (to the extent related to the foregoing).
