Auction Party definition

Auction Party has the meaning set forth in the definition ofDutch Auction”.
Auction Party means any party to an Auction Covered Transaction, any party to an Auction-Linked Cash Settled Transaction or any customer whose Customer Physical Settlement Request or Customer Limit Order Submission is taken into account in a Participating Bidder's Valid Physical Settlement Request or Valid Limit Order Submission.
Auction Party or “Auction Parties” has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofDutch Auction” or as specified in Section 2.11(i), as the context may require.

  • The Auction Agent will promptly provide each appropriate Lender with a copy of the Auction Notice and a form of the Return Bid to be submitted by a responding Lender to the Auction Agent (or its delegate) by no later than 5:00 p.m. on the date specified in the Auction Notice (or such later date as the Auction Party may agree with the reasonable consent of the Auction Agent) (the “Auction Response Date”).

  • In connection with any Auction, the Auction Party will provide notification to the Auction Agent (for distribution to the relevant Lenders) of the Term Loans that will be the subject of the Auction (an “Auction Notice”).
