Company Receipts Accounts definition

Company Receipts Accounts means the accounts established and maintained by the Company pursuant to Section 3.01(c) of the Pooling Agreement and set forth in Schedule 1 to the Pooling Agreement, which are in existence from time to time and into which amounts due to the Company under the Pooling Agreement and any Supplement are deposited from time to time.

  • Principal Account(s means deposit accounts of the Fund or a Portfolio carried on the books of BBH&Co. as principal in accordance with Section 7 hereof.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Separate Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.
