Company Reserve Reports definition

Company Reserve Reports means the Company Israel Reserve Report and the Company US Reserve Report.

Company Reserve Reports means the U.S. and Canadian reserve reports evaluating the proved reserves of the Company and its Subsidiaries, dated February 11, 2010 and prepared by Wxxxxx & Company, Inc., and dated September 1, 2010 and November 12, 2010 and prepared by the Company, and provided to Acquiror by the Company.
